When is the pick up day?
Review the updates at the bottom of the cart page before checking out. The schedule and locations for that week's pick up days will be posted and updated weekly. You will be required to type the location and time of preference in your cart notes before proceeding with the checkout.
Please note pick up days and locations may vary if we attend an event, market or pop up. Check the HOME page for upcoming events and stay tuned with our social media pages as we will announce any changes in pick up dates and times. Also the description of the cookies or the calendar to choose the day of pickup or shipping is shown before Checkout.
When is the last day I should place my order so that I can pick it up on Fridays and Saturday?
Orders should be placed before Thursdays at 11:59PM. Placing your order early guarantees availability before the limited cookie batches sell out for the week.
Does your menu vary?
We have many different cookie flavors. Some belong to our classic collection, and some other seasonal flavors will become available each week.
Do you make local deliveries?
At this time we do not offer delivery service for individual orders. Please review the pick up locations to meet up with us the week of your order.
For corporate orders over 50 cookies, delivery service is offered at an additional fee.
What happens if I can't pick up by the date and times available?
You can email us at orders@cremebakery.com and we will be glad to find the most convenient day and time for both of us.
Why can't I order just one cookie for shipping?
Our minimum cookie order for shipping is +$30. This way we can guarantee the necessary resources for our orders.
Do you sell other items other than cookies?
At the moment we are focusing on NY STYLE Cookies. Please check out Seidy’s Bakery for other baked goods in the meantime.
How can I re-heat my cookies?
To enjoy them at their best, warm and with that gooey center, heat them up in the microwave without their package, for 8 to 10 seconds. The most recommended alternative is to re-heat them in a 350-degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until warm and gooey.
How to properly store my cookies?
Cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package (if receiving shipping), or in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
In the highly unlikely scenario the cookies aren't consumed upon arrival, we recommend freezing them immediately inside a well-sealed Ziploc bag for up to 2 months and following the heating instructions before consuming.
Do you attend pop-ups and farmers' markets?
We love getting to know you, and whenever possible we participate in local Farmers' markets and other Pop-up opportunities such as holiday bazaars. Information about these will be posted on the home page.
What ingredients are in your cookies?
All our products are made with high-quality ingredients which include butter, brown sugar, granulated white sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, spices, chocolates, nuts, leavening powders, salt, and others.
Are your products allergy-friendly?
Crème Bakery cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, eggs, and wheat. Please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contact, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
Do you make vegan or gluten-free products?
Ocassionally, we may offer a gluten-sensitive/ gluten-friendly option. Please read: The term "gluten-friendly" is typically used to describe products that are not entirely free of gluten but may contain significantly reduced amounts of gluten. These products are designed to be suitable for individuals who may have a sensitivity to gluten or prefer to limit their gluten intake, but they may not be suitable for those with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance.
