Refund policy

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren't able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Once payment is submitted, we will not be able to refund you or cancel the order. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or credits to orders that are not picked up on the scheduled pickup date. Unclaimed items are considered forfeited, and we will proceed with donating the cookies to a charitable cause.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages even if they appear in the tracking system as delivered, or if the packages became damaged in transit. Please submit a claim to the shipping carrier, USPS or UPS so they can open an investigation.
