Shipping policy

NOTICE OF SUMMER WEATHER ADVISORY: Please be advised that cookies will not be packed in insulated boxes or with ice packs during warmer weather. As a precaution, we highly recommend monitoring the tracking information closely and ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times or locations. In the event that your cookies arrive slightly warm from the journey, rest assured that they will still be just as delicious and safe to enjoy. If preferred, let them cool at room temperature, and reheat as per the instructions.

Is there a deadline to place an order? 

Our order cutoff is Friday at 5PM:

- Orders placed before Friday at 5PM → ship the very next Monday
- Orders placed after Friday at 5PM → ship the Monday after that (one week later)

Where do you deliver?

We ship our cookies within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, at this time we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, international locations or APO/FPO addresses.

When do you deliver?

Shipping is specifically on Mondays to limit transit time; this way, your cookies are fresh upon arrival. On holidays that fall on a Monday, in which the carriers may be closed, shipments will occur on Tuesday or the next business day. We do not guarantee same-week delivery unless a faster shipping option is chosen at checkout.

Our deliveries may arrive as soon as Tuesday after shipping on Monday, and may take 4-5 business days to arrive. In rare occasions, our delivery couriers may encounter issues and the order delivery may be delayed further. Shipping dates and pricing are determined by location and availability. Please note, that we do not generally ship orders if they will be in transit over a weekend.

We strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information while your cookies are in transit. We're unable to guarantee an exact delivery date and time and your order may be delivered up until 9pm depending on the delivery driver and route.

Alternatively, local pickup is typically on Thursday, Friday and Saturday or depending on the events and pickup locations available the week of.

What if the recipient is not available to take the delivery?

We suggest shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery. It is at the discretion of the delivery driver where the package is placed upon delivery if no one is there to receive it.

Crème Bakery cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

What if my address is incomplete and the package is returned to the store?

All orders returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses are subject to an additional charge if you would like us to resend the product to a new or updated address.

 Shipping delays or lost packages

We do our best to ship your cookies on Mondays, and usual delivery times vary from 1 to 5 days depending on your location. However, the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays. There may be times in which your Friday delivery gets delayed until Monday, due to circumstances out of our control, such as weather and operational delays.

Cookies should remain good up to 10 days post-shipping day. If cookies are not enjoyed immediately, we recommend freezing upon arrival and reheating as per the instructions once ready to consume.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages even if they appear in the tracking system as delivered. Please submit a claim to the shipping carrier, USPS or UPS so they can open an investigation.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping options and cost will be displayed at checkout. This fee is non-refundable.

Can I order my cookies to arrive on a specific date?

Because our shipping days are on Mondays, delivery dates will solely depend on the shipping carrier. Usual ground shipping is 1-5 business days. 

How can I order to multiple addresses for corporate gifts?

We are currently able to process one shipping address at a time through our website. If you have more than 10 addresses to ship to, we will be happy to assist in the process with our Cookie Concierge Service. Please email shipping@eatcremebakery.com.

Where is my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email right after checking out, and another email with tracking information once the order has been processed for shipment. Typically, Sundays or Mondays.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folders.
