Why gluten-friendly and not gluten free? While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination by preparing our gluten-friendly cookies on a separate day, in a shared kitchen, we cannot claim this product is entirely free of gluten. However, it is made with all gluten-free ingredients, and we begin the process with clean utensils and mixing bowls to ensure the highest standards of gluten-friendly preparation.

What is in our gluten free flour mix? Rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin b3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2)], xanthan gum, cellulose gum.
